Worked as a contractor in the KSA back in the day - Raytheon has been screwing over the Kingdom for a real long time, billing it for "repairs" that didn't fix anything, tech rep visits that only produced a bill. Once you sell "em the equipment, then you get the maintenance contract, which is sometimes worth more in the long run than the equipment sale itself. I have no reason to think that anything has changed.
