(I'm not) If I change to Americas and bring up a new tab, it looks like it doesn't give me a new IP address (might be a bug?). If I disable VPN and bring up a new tab, it still shows VPN (another bug?). You may try their help to see if there's a way to pick a country.
OK so I downloaded the opera app and I like it. the only problem I am encountering is that the VPN location setting is very broad. Gives you three choices basically, Americas, Asia, and Europe I think. I am not able to choose USA. I went into Amazon and it said the show I wanted (The Americans) was not available in my location. I didn't try the other virtual locations, maybe I will try that. I did a bit of research and I guess the location update is fairly recent, it used to be you could choose specific countries.
Dino Rossi is running for Reichart's seat. Reichart decided to "retire" since knew he'd have a tough time getting reelected because WA 8th Indivisible group is so freakin' awesome and was making his life hell.
I was stunned to learn today that Dave Reichart is still in office. He voted NOT to cut health care, so he is now, I guess left wing for the Republicans? Criminy, that's nuts. I remember him as a seriously right wing douche.

Go to Preferences, click on 'Privacy & Security', then check the box for 'Enable VPN'.
