blood coming out of her wherever
People have been noticing, ever since Gretchen Carlson filed a lawsuit accusing Fox News boss Roger Ailes of being a gross disgusting pig who is really, truly, sooo sooo gross, that only one current Fox personality hasn't rushed to defend him. Megyn Kelly, the channel's top star, has kept her real purty mouth sealed tightly shut.
Some anonymous folks griped that she was being "selfish" since Ailes had personally made her a star. And we were going to write that story up for you today! Here's a fun quote:
“No one’s expecting her to come out and defend him like some of these other people have,” said a television industry insider who is not involved in the controversy, “but just some sign of appreciation for the man who gave her the opportunity would suggest that she’s not just out for herself.”
Hmmmm, thought everyone who's not a man, I wonder if there might be a reason the totally average-looking blonde who is not at all completely gorgeous even if you hate her might not be standing up to say Roger Ailes would never ask a woman to "kiss" his dick? (It'll make sense if you read it a couple times, maybe. Anyway, the point stands!)
Well, now it is today.
According to two sources briefed on parent company 21st Century Fox’s outside probe of the Fox News executive, led by New York-based law firm Paul, Weiss, Kelly has told investigators that Ailes made unwanted sexual advances towards her about ten years ago when she was a young correspondent at Fox. Kelly, according to the sources, has described her harassment by Ailes in detail.
This guy thought Megyn Kelly should fuck him. Allegedly.
The harassment reportedly happened when Kelly was starting out as a legal correspondent a decade ago (she'd already had a career as a prosecutor). And I doubt she'll give the public, as a dozen women already did, the gory details. Said "Susan":
He proceeded to pull down his pants and very gingerly pull out his genitals and said, “Kiss them.” And they were red like raw hamburger. He was pretty meticulously dressed, with long white shirttails coming out. It was like he was just at the end of a long day and I was supposed to know what to do. I was a kid, I’d never seen a man’s privates before. I jumped up, but the door is locked and nobody’s out there. He chased me around the office and at some point it dawned on him that this just wasn’t going to happen. He finally pulled up his trousers. He was very angry and rushed over to his desk, pulled open a door and had a reel-to-reel tape recorder going. He said to me, ‘Don’t tell anybody about this. I’ve got it all on tape.’ I think he knew I was sixteen.
Megyn Kelly is an extremely valuable property for Fox. She's stupidly gorgeous, but she's not in fact dumb. Every once in a while, she'll hand Erick Erickson his own dick, and even feminists will like her for a minute, because, in the "Lean In" way and when it affects her, she's a feminist.
Having Megyn Kelly confirm to Rupert Murdoch and his sons that yes, this has been going on a long long time, and no, Gretchen Carlson isn't just a woman scorned, isn't something -- or someone -- they can ignore. And, unlike the women who served as grist for Ailes's lawyer's flat denial that anything had happened and besides all the allegations were ever so old (the food is terrible and such small portions!), Megyn Kelly's alleged complaint doesn't go back to the Mad Men era.
See you Roger Ailes, you pile of hog meat. The hot blonde with the brain (usually) and the ratings is more important than you : (

Why Won't Megyn Kelly Defend Poor Roger Ailes? Oh Right He Tried To Pork Her Too
I don't know about that. After all CNN hired Corey goddamn Lewendowski.
I want it!
