Perhaps society would be more enhanced if children of Conservative families were handed over to liberals to raise (this argument should make the point clearly)

My husband's grandfather was in state custody, then adopted out to a white family at twelve, separated from all of his siblings. He has no ties to his tribal culture, and has only recently, because of social media, been able to find and re-connect with sisters and brothers.

Don’t mess with Alito’s vision of the supply chain of cheap, underpaid, overexploited labor and cannon fodder, i.e. infants. Don’t mess with Sam Alito.

The mechanics of how SCOTUS exists is the rupture in the veneer that reveals the true scam that is America, or so I’ve heard.

Gorsuch being so friendly to Native rights was not on my bingo card at all. Granted, I didn’t know shite about his record or viewpoints until he was appointed to the Supremes but I was very pleasantly surprised. Figured he would be an Uber Nazi after that trucker decision.

He hates unions and anything that protects workers against employers. He's very pro business pro bank. He's also our first justice with a history of cases in western states. So his understanding of tribal relations and federal land use differ from those of his fellows on the court. He's not an ally in the least, or a centrist even, he just happens to lean the right way on the one issue.

Unfortunately, he’s had to recuse himself from several high-profile Indian cases on SCOTUS because of previous involvement. Which leaves the court much more skewed toward the federal government being THE ULTIMATE MASTER.

I have a pretty bad case of White Savior Syndrome that I’m trying to get over, so I won’t comment on everything here. Just hope that Gorsuch doesn’t have to recuse.

Once we start fucking with other cultures, we white folk don't seem satisfied until we've absolutely destroyed them.

Particularly if they had the gall to fight back instead of meekly giving in.
