Here's what I don't get. On last nights Rachel Maddow it was reported that Bill Barr covered up George HW Bush's crimes through a report that was factually wrong but that wasn't uncovered until 1991. How is he the AG now? Wouldn't you be disbarred? No pun intended. How come that means you can fail upward?
