Exercise, eat unprocessed natural foods, breath fresh air, get lots of sun, avoid smoking and alcohol, and build your immune system naturally by spending time with other people and in nature. If you do these things, you can prevent diabetes, obesity, chronic lung problems, high blood pressure, heart disease, etc (all preventable conditions that increase your chances of being harmed by covid).
Many people vocally demanding others should wear masks are those who've detrimented their own health through years of lazy or irresponsible lifestyles - if that's you, that is your own burden.
Wearing a mask is just that: a mask. But not a solution.
