While the words seem over the top, if I am correct in thinking that the question of the job was not discussed among all the justices, then that is a classic example of stupid management.

Shooting one's self in the toe, perhaps.

"In 2015, following the approval of a constitutional amendment by voters, the court's conservative majority swapped out a liberal chief justice for a conservative one."

You libs, always looking backwards. We must forget about the past, whether it be changes to a state Supreme Court, slavery, voting rights, the rights of individuals that I personally don't approve of, or who lynched whom. Let's move forward and forget all about who is responsible. It makes me uncomfortable.

Fuck Ted Cruz.

You know, the people who are ostensibly in charge of this country.

"So far, none of the lawless members of the court’s new majority has commented on why they chose to replace Koshnick"

Whatever it was , it was something as it was immediately done, faster than a speeding locomotive. Sounds like all these people have been around in Wisconsin for some time. Could be some old beef, from deep in the woods of Wisconsin politics, just got settled.

For some reason the phrase “she can dish it out but can’t take it” is coming to mind and I’m pretty sure it’s not because there are canned clams in her linguine.
