I mentioned that and was told - and I quote - "it doesn't matter who hacked them -- they were written" - by one of the dimmest of my online acquaintances, followed by another dimwit chiming in with "Of course, the purveyors of this far-fetched Russian-Trump conspiracy theory are just trying to distract from the fact of inexcusable ugliness of their own actions. What the hell difference does it make if the Russians did the hacking? The Russians didn't WRITE those e-mails or create the cynical ruthlessness behind them."

They do not care that a foreign government could be ratfucking the election to install their favored puppet...as long as they can use it against Hillary on behalf of the hero who a) doesn't want their help, and b) they booed when he told them to knock it off.

My beloved asked if two related people have ever served on the SCOTUS at the same time.

I said not to my knowledge...yet.

Thing is, whatever Rob's personal failings, I agreed with much of what he was trying to do: balance the budget, expand TTC, etc. I also heard he was an exceptionally nice guy in person.

/Vancouverite, so most definitely an outsider's view of the sitch. Longtime Torontonians probably think different.

she did an amazing job of calling out Trump without ever saying his name, and was inspirational while she did it! Gonna miss her in the White House, but look forward to seeing what she does next
