Trump supporters "know" the election will be rigged, but are resigned to that "fact". I think the real fact is the supporters know a sinking ship when they see one.
I'm trying to imagine the chaos that would develop in open-carry areas if a Trumpkin in full regalia shows up packing heat at a polling place. Somehow I see Mace and tasers coming into play.

Yesterday, NPR had another of its "Divided State" segments, this time on Nevada. The couple they spoke with seemed vaguely terrified ... of "terrorists" and spoke of how bleak and "dark" that last 8 years had been (they are for Trump). They live in Reno, NV ffs; I'm not thinking that is a hotbed of terrorist activity, but I wouldn't have picked Liberal, KS either, so ... I can understand the Recession hit Nevada hard, and they have their kids living at home because they cannot find work, which would be depressing, but the fear? I assume they get their news from Fox hence the bizarre view of the free fire zone called "Reno".
