Basically, they get Stormtrooper uniforms and start walking, then encounter Stormtroopers who see the barber in the uniform and assume he is Hynkel. He is then ushered to the palace. And yes about Hannah!

The last time he came to my house to scream at me and spit in my face (for parking in my own driveway in a manner that didn't please him), I answered my door with a baseball bat, and escorted him off of my property. He hasn't been back since, although he did SWAT me by telling the cops I was beating up my mother (who lived with me during the pandemic, but who long ago moved out).

My mistake was that I put up with his shit for way too long. The cops would always tell me "you should just ignore him." I'd tell them that I hadn't set foot on his property for 15 years, yet I had to repeatedly call them to get him off of my property. I'd love nothing more to ignore him, but when he shows up banging on my door, or getting in my face while I'm in my yard, it's a little difficult.
He's so stupid that when I greeted him with a baseball bat he said "I'm recording you with my phone." I told him that was great, because he was recording me asking him to leave, and him refusing to leave (aka trespassing). He said to me that he was entitled to be on my property, whether I wanted him there or not. This is the level of stupidity I'm dealing with here.
SC is a stand your ground state, with a castle clause. The castle clause says if someone threatens you on your own property, you do not have to back down. I would have been within my rights to beat the crap out of him, although I noticed that when I had a bat in my hand he wasn't threatening to beat me up or punch me in the face, like he usually does. I suspect the cop MIGHT have told him that, because he hasn't been back since.
Cops hate responding to this type of call because there's a real possibility of violence and if they're not the cause of the violence, they want to be as far from it as possible.
