Wonkette Policy on Outing the President
We were going to let pass Mark McKinnon's admission about Bush's performance on the road these days: "He's been locker-room loose." We didn't want to call attention to Rick Santorum giving his tacit approval of the change: "There's no question he's a slightly different guy. . . Success does make you feel a lot more comfortable with who you are."
But when Bush himself comes out and says he's "feeling pretty spunky".... Well, see you at J.R.'s, sir.
(Of course, we knew all along.)
