Sometimes employers want to take measures, but they'll get out competed unless everyone else is doing it. They shouldn't have to choose between going out of business or sinking to the level of the worst among them.

The republicans have finally gotten their wish and crippled the federal government's ability to do anything to protect the health and safety of American workers, not to mention the general public and the environment. And they did it just as the country is facing its worst public health crisis in a century.

Now the only questions, how will they be able to blame this on Hillary's emails and Obama?
