Strange that he's not a big name in Idaho. Then again, Idaho has such a deep legal field...

I just do not understand how he’s still allowed to practice law? Nothing can keep him from filing lawsuits but preventing him from claiming to be a lawyer should be possible. If I file a grievance at work for any reason besides a violation of my contract I risk termination, but this asshole keeps getting to call himself a lawyer despite continuously abusing and debasing the law? That’s lousy and a stain on a profession already held in pretty low esteem (until a lawyer’s needed, natch).

One of my wife's uncles also thought he was responsible for the AT&T breakup.

My favorite is when he announces that people will be charged, convicted and put to death in the name of liberty, justice and all [real] Americans. It’s like the Constitution but without all the boring parts.

From legalbeagle.com:

How do I become a citizen of California?

Citizenship for each state is defined by the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which states U.S. citizens are also citizens of the state "wherein they reside." To become a citizen of California, you need to establish residency. For most purposes, this isn't a complicated process. Even if you don't take specific steps, the state tax department will presume you're a resident if you live in California for nine months of a tax year. Californians can save thousands of dollars on tuition at state universities, but new California citizens may not qualify immediately for in-state tuition rates.

Back in the last millenneum I moved to California to attend UC Riverside, but was dismayed to discover I would be paying much higher tuition. I hung out for a year, then started school with citizen rates.

Try: "Defendants, each and every one of them, working together in concert, jointly and severally" had the keys to the food locker! I proved it, scientifically, step by step!

It makes you look very clever. Everyone is saying so.

Well Klayman is the great example of how insane conspiracy theorists can be. If you really really want there to be links between thing, you will see them no matter how you got to twist both facts and logic in order to do so!

Your rum punch needs more rum. Maybe more punching too.

It's not supposed to make sense, which is the whole point. Klayman's entire schtick doesn't follow any sort of logic and is completely predicated on him WANTING Biden to have been somehow responsible for him being kicked off youtube (by which point it;'s safe to add that the main reason he was kicked off youtube was likely due to himself, which is also why he is suing because this is what guys like him always do when they do something wrong).

His evidence is an email he wrote himself.

So yeah.

It's a textbook example of narcissistic fantasy and victimhood all rolled into one, but that's the default conspiracy theorist's position. They always assume that important figures are coming to get them or are behind their daily woes as if they are actually of any significance to merits such attention from such figures.

He wasn't even a big name in a town of 2500 people.

Nice finish. Points for Billy Madison ref!

The fact that he is allowed to roam free is a tribute to our genuine freedom as Americans. If the trumpists win, due in any part to Klayman's insane rantings, and the USofA becomes a totalitarian state, guys like Klayman will be locker up'd right after all the hippies and people of color.

A masonry teacher that worked in my school had a cement finishing business on the side. His motto was "Cracks and bird baths are included at no extra charge."

That's a common one too. I take extra steps and add additives and fiberglass, higher PSI and it minimizes the cracks a lot but they are a fact of the business.
