I notice his poll numbers with veterans and military are very, very strong. For what it's worth, I'm a former paratrooper and Gulf War vet, it doesn't bother me that he didn't serve. I think vets like him because for all his ridiculousness and bloviating populism, he doesn't want endless military interventions all over the globe via Bush/Clinton/Bush/Obama
