No, we don't know why there was a guy dressed as a giant fish-like creature walking around the House offices today. But here's a picture of him/it with a staffer. Fish-guy was also seen wandering around the Capitol South Metro. Security's really getting lax now that summer's here. Fish-costume guy probably got hassled less than Cynthia McKinney. Anyone else get a good shot of him? Or have an explanation for his presence? If it's about some fish-related legislation, actually, we probably don't care.
