Are you thinking of the case where they were sued by the father of a soldier whose funeral they picketed? That went to the <a href="http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Snyder_v._Phelps" target="_blank">Supreme Court</a>, where the scum won 8-1. At the level below that they'd been awarded costs, though Wikipedia doesn't say whether they ever collected anything, or whether Bill O'Reilly paid if they did.
