When Rob is PM & Doug Minister of Finance Canada will have completed it's transition to right wing irrelevance faster than you can say Steven Harper.

AND he just "leaked" a transit plan for SUBWAYS! SUBWAYS! SUBWAYS! that he says will cost 9 billion (although actual intelligent people say much more) BUT he will not have raise taxes one little bit to pay for it.
