Well, Trix, I decided to lock the Budget Committee in their meeting room and piped in Glorious Bleater's famous hit speeches, and ya know what? Yes and when they can't escape you they put their noses way down and look at you so shyly and quietly while quite scared, and don't move. I like 'em. Whereas racoons will come in and eat all your food right in front of you.

So, in East Texas, is it still true that you can be blonde haired and blue eyed, yet be treated as an African American if it is known that you have one drop of that DNA? Used to be like that. I saw it broken down once to Mulatto, Quadroon, Octoroon, Terceron, Quantroon...

Gotta love that One Drop Rule!
