Florida Republicans get all skeeved out when anybody mentionslady parts, which is why the word "uterus" was not allowed to be uttered in the legislature last week without a stern condemnation from some closet case. Via Balloon Juice:
At one point Randolph suggested that his wife “incorporate her uterus” to stop Republicans from pushing measures that would restrict abortions. Republicans, after all, wouldn’t want to further regulate a Florida business.
Apparently the GOP leadership of the House didn’t like the one-liner.
They told Democrats that Randolph is not to discuss body parts on the House floor.
But it's always okay to say "Koch." [ Tampa Bay Online ]
Shhh, Don't Say 'Uterus' Around Florida Republicans!
It's complicated and expensive. Best to set up a shell in Delaware.
No body part references allowed on wonkette!
