Yesterday, WaPo reported that British concerns about an invasion of Iraq, as expressed in the Downing Street memos, "played a useful role" but weren't "paid a tremendous amount of heed." Today we examine the useful and the tremendously heeded, along with the useless and the completely ignored.— GREG BEATO
