Wisconsin Judge Strikes Down Evil Scott Walker-Koch Bros. Anti-Workers Law

News

A judge in Wisconsin's Dane County has struck down the Scott Walker/Koch Brothers' anti-collective bargaining law, which means Wisconsin will once again become a luscious workers paradise and all the mean old Tea Party people will be rolled off cliffs, in their wheelchairs. (No, wait, it's the Republicans who will push all the old people off a cliff, to "fix Medicare." We are still new here.)

The Journal-Sentinel reports today:

Madison - A Dane County judge has struck down Gov. Scott Walker's legislation repealing most collective bargaining for public employees.

In a 33-page decision issued Thursday, Dane County Circuit Judge Maryann Sumi said she would freeze the legislation because GOP lawmakers on a committee broke the state's open meetings law in passing it March 9. The legislation limits collective bargaining to wages for all public employees in Wisconsin except for police and firefighters.

Scott Walker was seen collapsed in a corner of the capital building, in a puddle of his own pee, while the Koch Brothers stood by tenderly wiping up his mess with Brawny-brand paper towels, which they make by killing America's public forests. [Journal Sentinel]

The police have clearly failed to stop the scourge of black kids selling water to thirsty people, so your average law-abiding, permit-respecting white lady has no choice but to take matters into her own (did we mention they were white?) hands. You might call her a busybody gone power mad or a simple tool of racist micoaggression, but we just call her "Permit Patty."
