It’s Wonkette’s Big Game Weekend Live Chat Halftime Spectacular!

Happy Last-Minute-Shopping-Before-Valentine’s Day! However you choose to celebrate, I hope you’ll carve out some to spend with Robyn and me as we discuss the events of the past week. I’m not wearing red for anyone, though.

Oh, and yes, the Super Bowl is some time day. I used to work on Super Bowl Sunday, writing about all the new ads. It was a long, tedious night for 10 years, and for the past 10 years I haven’t had to care about the Super Bowl professionally. It’s been wonderful. One thing I learned early into this process was that you couldn’t say “Super Bowl” in advertising copy. You had to say “Big Game."

I’d like to commemorate the 15th anniversary of Prince’s epic halftime performance, but if I use an image, they’ll probably yank our video. The brother’s litigious even in death.

Our live chat kicks off (ha!) at 12 pm PT/3 pm ET. Don’t forget to live, share, subscribe and all the goodies.
