Mediaite has learned from a senior source in the cable news industry with knowledge of MSNBC’s programming that actor Alec Baldwin is getting his own weekly show in MSNBC’s primetime lineup.
According to our source, the so far untitled show will air Fridays at 10 p.m. ET and will feature a large dose of Baldwin’s outspoken liberal politics.
Some people got very angry when Alec Baldwin screamed at his daughter that she was being a thoughtless little pig. We were not angered, and in fact come firmly down on the side of yelling at your children when they are thoughtless little pigs. Like, stop it already with the letting of your children be thoughtless little pigs when they are being thoughtless little pigs, because it is not like it is up to you to correct their behavior, if it might give them a Sad.
Other people got upset at all the times he screamed at stews and called reporters faggy or whatever, because that is not very nice, and also it is pretty entitled, and maybe Alec Baldwin shouldn't be so much of a thoughtless little pig. We are with them on that.
But the real problem, for us, was at the beginning of the final season of 30 Rock, when he had obviously lost a bunch of weight from banging that yoga instructor, and then he equally obviously had like a facelift or some other sort of fat and skin suckage and he got Kenny Rogers Eyes, and it was really distressing and they had to shoot him for the first couple episodes from really far away but you could still see all the icky surgical weirdface that was going on and it was Sad, like, just be fat, you know? You were a sexy fat guy, it was cool and fine!
Oh well, at least he will be better than Lawrence O'Donnell.

At least flight attendants have something legitimate to be angry about, what with the low pay and ever-diminishing value of \"free\" air travel for themselves and their family members.
they're not too fond of the phrase 'flying waitress' either
