One of the worst cons ever perpetrated on the American people is this bullshit. It's exceedingly (and increasingly) rare to start with "nothing" and make tons of money. That and the myth of exceptionalism break peoples bullshit detectors to a tragic point.
I believe I have seen vids of that cat doing exactly that. Actually all of his cats (he has rescued @ 10) sit around in relaxed fascination while he plays.
Sarper Duman!!! That piano guy is Sarper Duman. He is a sweet, kindhearted guy who takes in cats he finds injured in the street, he takes them to the vet & then takes them home to stay. There are multiple videos of him on youtube & elsewhere. (this cat is in most of them.) I think he is a wonderful pianist. Haha, I just can't figure out how he finds so many pieces that don't need the piano keys where the kitty always sleeps.
It is debatable. The Posse Comitatus Act is a federal statute prohibiting use of the military in civilian law enforcement, but protecting our national borders might or might not be considered "civilian" law enforcement, it might be justified as being in the category of "national security".
A court would have to decide this issue, and there might or might not be a precedent. In other words, it's a grey area unless there is case law, and I haven't researched the case law.
