Surprise! I am now actually employed (cash only-no benefits-a little less than unemployment) for the first time in 2 & 3/4 years. I've been working for free for a friend for almost a year while he started his charcuterie business and he can afford to pay me now. So at least I have someplace to go four days a week. Plus I'm living the American dream of eating bacon at work!
