I love the bookends (I don't know what to call them) that SER puts in: SER starts with "less pathetic than McCarthy" and ends pointing out that his congressional career was longer than McCarthy's leadership.
I think it's great to include McCarthy, his weasely ways and ineptitude should never be forgotten.
I'm really hating the fact that some "entrepreneurs" are collaborating with Santos on various projects to cash in on his notoriety. Talk about stooping low.
Santos Devolder fell out of the Congress and into the Cameo, endorsing video messages making fun of George Santos. That gig outta stay fresh almost as long as my Fairlife milk.
His attorney sacrificed whatever credibility he may have had when he wrote the NYT wanted to hurt Santos by “smear his good name.” Lol. Then, he threw in the towel by quoting Winston Churchill.
I'm standing in front of my fire station. 18 calls since 0700. Currently the neighborhood is replicating Guns of Navaron because Texas loves pyrotechnics. The locals are getting warmed up. I got 10 more hours of this. Glad I worked out and pulled a 30 minute rowing machine exercise. My Driver / Engineer smoked some prime rib for dinner and I made some homemade macaroni and cheese with canned artichoke hearts. We're up to 4 debris fires, 7 traffic accidents, 3 building fires, and 3 fire sprinkler activations. Domestic animals are stressed for all this shit. No active shootings please.
It's the Guns of San Antone down here, but thankfully without bullets and sadly without Harrison Ford. My dog is in a fetal position under blankets and the cat is near me, so all is well, at least so far. May you have a peaceful, if bangy and bright kinda night.
