Well, yes, if Rand Paul was immortal. But he isn&#039;t. The end.

(I&#039;m quite familiar with the halting problem - for instance, while it means you can&#039;t <em>in general</em> prove that an arbitrary program will stop, it doesn&#039;t mean there aren&#039;t specific programs for which it can be proven)
