A few years later, the Los Angeles Unified School District took the land through eminent domain, demolished the lanes, and built a grade school.

That and he needs the means to grift his self some money, and once the rich dupes have cashed him up they can't back down. Just what he does to banks when he goes bankrupt, they can't afford to eat the loss, so they keep on throwing good money after bad.
I wonder if tRump wants to take over the helm for Alex Jones, after the fact I mean, Dog rest his little pea pickin' heart. He could call it QNN and he would probably get his own congressional medal of freedumb for his service to humanity, sorry, i meant to say service to Hannity, my bad. /S
