We had one of those end-of-life-as-we-know-it snow/ice storms about 2 weeks ago and it wasn&#039;t the snow that stopped everything, it was the ice. cripes, it melted then refroze then melted and refroze again. and winter isn&#039;t over, so more may be on the way.
