AIPAC is the big elephant in the Dem Party room and people are demanding by their voting that we don’t want AIPAC running our Party.

By the time of the election, it was already evident that the Israeli response was targeting an entire population and not just enemy combatants.
Although Kamala was the candidate, her position as VP was enough of an association to Biden’s position to turn off naive voters. She was in a difficult position as she couldn’t outright criticize Biden.
I thought that Harris was the best candidate in ‘20 (but she couldn’t win) & in ‘24. I really, really wanted her to win. I was dumbfounded when all the reports started coming out as to why so many people refused to vote. And there was what, maybe three or four million voters less in ‘24 than in ‘20 who voted Dem. Unfucking believable. There was a reason for that. A reason serious enough not to pay attention to.
I am definitely an asshole for some of the positions for which I advocate for, but being a “dumb ass” is not what defines my politics . Fighting & defeating Trump is an existentially serious necessity. As for Trump & Netanyahu, that is a whole other conversation.
