In 1944 they had not the resources nor the manpower to restructure the genocide to the levels the camps were producing. Yes they would have machine gunned stadiums full of Jews, but not nearly with the efficiency that the camps could do. That being said I don't know if bombing was the right answer. So I'll go with what the general said in a comment I made further up.
