For once, I have to say Justice Thomas is right. And so I have: Justice Thomas is right.

It is often a bad idea to tip your hand on a question before the Court. Of course, it was an equally bad idea for Alabama's elected judges to tip their hand that they don't give a shit about the Constitution they swore to uphold <i>so long as they continue citizens thereof</i>.

I expect to see lots of passport applications from former judges any minute now.
