Impressive, but no protective gloves? Hell, I'd wear a hazmat suit if that was my job.

Martini Glambassador's avatar

The general consensus from what I have seen is that gloves mess with dexterity.

OneYieldRegular's avatar

I figured.

Not only is that a beautiful work of art, it's fun to see how it's made.

Truly a work of art.

That reminds me of The Before Times, when malls would have a glass artist kiosk. They'd sit there all day, making dragons and alicorns and li'l decorative shit.

did they make Ligers? They're pretty much my favorite animal.

Not sure about Ligers, but I hear they make beautiful Jackalopes.

Who do you like? Brewers or Rays?

Rosy red ASS's avatar

Anyone but the Dodgers? (did I really say that out loud???)

PrimerGray's avatar

Brewers. I rooted for them in the '82 Series. I was deflated when they went to the National League. I liked them as an AL East rival to my Red Sox.

swmnguy's avatar

The Crew, I think. But a great matchup. Best team in each league, among the lowest payrolls; best talent assessment and development.

Mike Waltz is claiming that Cuba is conspiring with Antifa, violent environmentalists, and pro-Palestinian groups to sow chaos in the inner cities.

And now I have my bingo card filled out.

swmnguy's avatar

Well, from what I see in inner-city Minneapolis, they're doing a shitty job spreading chaos.

ICE did a much better job of it, but we kicked their asses anyway, without violence.

We're just not tolerant of chaos. That part of the stereotype is correct.

OneYieldRegular's avatar

This is a real step down from Cuba's attempt to attack Florida using sharks with laser beams strapped to their heads.

JanuaryClaire's avatar

Makes sense. It’s not as though Cuba has anything else going on.

That image of John Ossoff and those two ghoulish, broken "men", giving their thumbs up and smiling where it doesn't reach their eyes. They look like bombed out, frayed televanlalists recently busted for fucking porn stars.

Lance Thrustwell's avatar

That suggests consent, at least. Probably not their biggest turn-on.

TerseNurse's avatar

also, porn stars are (more or less by definition) of age.

Not only can we not afford to eat - if we can afford to buy a pound of cow, pig, or chicken it might kill us.

I'm thinkin' maybe we have enough land up here to hold a cow, a pig and a couple of chickens. We could start our own little farm. I don't the know first thing about keeping cows, or pigs, or chickens, but I can certainly learn. I don't want to die or starve just yet...On second thought we'd starve anyway even if we did have a cow, a pig, and a few chickens. There's no way I could eat any of them. They'd instantly become our menagerie of outside pets. I suppose we could eat eggs for the rest of our lives.

Seriously, our food supply has gone to shit. Be careful out there when going to the grocery store. It's dangerous just walking through the automatic doors.
