Actually, there is nothing wrong with clapping on 1 and 3, but it usually does mean you're of the caucasian persuasion. I love to clap on 1 and 3, just to annoy people. I just tell them it's "call and response" clapping.

I want to hear all about it. Jeff Flake Jon Voight and Mr. Weld, arm wrestling. I like Weld because he's actually running, and bc he's Tuesday Weld's cousin.

What did that guy actually mean, or what did he think he meant? Was he ignorant of the fact that they were alone in the wilderness?

they feed those questions to Trump as if he was a regular person. Just inviting him to say "no, he's a fine man." or whatev. There must be a way out of it. My friend who's a journalist said they'd become useless if they ever said, "But that's not true, Mr. President." They'd become useless to their employer because they'd lose their access. So they're useless to us. I told him so and he laughed because of course he feels the same.

there's a misunderstood remark by Jesus "the poor are always with us." He meant you'll have plenty of work helping the poor, you''ll never run out of people to help. He didn't mean there's no point trying to end poverty.

Half of them died in the first two years due to disease exacerbated by weakened immune systems, poor diet, and climate conditions they weren't prepared for. Common results for the time wherever people settled. It wasn't socialism (over 200 years before the term existed) but instead a co-operative corporation with an expiration date. End date aside, it was about as socialist as Ocean Spray cranberries. The fact that Castellano's stupid Limbaugh myth went unchallenged by Heitkamp and Gaspar is part of what's wrong with the Democratic Party. We think no one will take these Right Wing gospels seriously so we don't respond at all, they go unchallenged. We do this over and over again, topic after topic, not realizing these strawmen they put up are easy to knock down.

It's proof of something conservatives don't imagine. They are the main benificiaries of what they scornfully call POLITICAL CORRECTNESS.

I just saw a man called Mike Murphy on MTPDaily. He's a Republican Strategist. Well you should watch how he defined AOC as "a gift." How the Republicans were thinking these Democrats were so bad maybe even Trump could beat them. He said she was driven by social media like Trump. But she's just a spontaneous person. She's so charismatic, that I believe nobody understands it. Think so? And I have to say, the host, Brian Williams seemed to go right along with him.

Did you ever notice how GOP operatives and right wing talking heads, of which there are thousands, contribute absolutely nothing to society while they slam the working poor as undeserving parasites? Look at these useless fatasses bloviating lies and garbage for a living, on wingnut welfare from the Kochs and Mercers, and it's no wonder we're so fucked. These people shouldn't be received in polites ociety, much less on television, much less getting their own TV shows on our "liberal" media.
