This is what happens when the legal system leads these fucks to believe they can get away with it.

What the hell! Arrest this ass. Let me tell you how it works for the rest of us.In 1974 I went to a guys house, on a collage campus. A guy purchased a drug, apparantly. Turns out the guy was a narcotics agent. I got 5 yrs for aiding and abetting. I had no idea till state police came to my job site and arrested me. I asked what this was about. They asked me if I knew a certain guy. That he had sold this narcotics agent a 1/4 gram of heroin. I tell my mother now that she saw heroin for the first time, just like I did, during the trial, when this agent held his two pinched fingers up, saying a quarter of a gram of something was in between his fingers that he bought from this guy they got out of a Mexican jail to testify that he has sold heroin to a narcotics agent. He said, yes he did sell them a drug, and me and the other guy didn't have anything to do with it. We were given 5 yrs. as an example. And, the guy the feds got out of the Mexican jail, walked free.

Dr. Marbles' note didn't work? I guess that New York doc who wrote notes for Chump wasn't available.

[There also a lost-his-Marbles joke in there somewhere; I just couldn't find it.]

If I were the judge, I'd be tempted to call the doctor before the bench to answer some pointed questions; and if the judge did that, then if I were the defense lawyer, I'd be worried.

Not to worry. He won't answer questions. First, his lawyer told the court he would not abide with covid precautions. Second, he apparently says he is going to create a scene and be arrested. He will never answer questions. It would be financial and psychic suicide for him.

I'd suggest a lobotomy, but really, how would one know the difference if he had one?

Years ago my dad got a U.S. District jury summons that said to be in city X, about two miles' drive from the house. Dad went there and was told, nope, no court here.So he goes home. When he arrives there's a federal marshal there who advises him that there was a mistake in the summons, but it'd be a good idea for dad to drive to city Y to the courthouse there.Dad did have an option, though. If he chose not to drive to the correct court location, the marshal would have given him a ride to explain to the judge why he didn't show up.Dad drove to city Y.
