Did anyone tell her that she does not "look badass" and "look cute" at the same time, it just does not work.

Trump cast Habba perfectly. The Ivanka looks, hair, clothes, legs. Like a lawyer on Suits. Maybe he will ask Megan Markle to take the role of new lawyer-with-nice-rack- and-set-of-gams. He's sent out character breakdown to all the "best" MAGA casting directors. No law knowledge needed.

"This country needs a lot more women like Alina Habba, and a lot less like Taylor Swift" said no one ever.

First Empty Green and now Habba! Didn't poor Bobert get the memo to wear a white fluffy outfit? she must be really out of the MAGA loop.

Are you sure that's Habba in the top picture? She looks like the vat of bile DeSantis employs to spew bullshit for him. It's admittedly hard to tell all the Republican/Fox women apart.

“Insane and incestuous!” Habba wailed at the clouds. Her post-verdict ragegasm is already over. When E.Jean’s attorney saw the bonkers tantrum letter claiming, without evidence, that Roberta Kaplan and Judge Kaplan worked VERY closely 3 decades ago, she calmly explained reality to Habba. Kaplan was a brand new associate in a huge law firm, and has almost no memory of interacting with Judge Kaplan at all. It takes far more than that to even begin to form the basis of a challenge of judicial bias. Habba already apologized, and said the issue is “evidently resolved.” What happened is very likely 2-fold. Habba was facing a sanctions motion for her baseless accusation, one the judge was likely to grant, given his mood. Second, Habba probably talked to other attorneys who told her she hadn’t raised the issue at all during trial or prior to trial, thus failing to preserve the issue for appeal. So, it was better for Habba to act satisfied and move on, than continue her freakout and risk not only sanctions, but walking into another error on her own part for failing to raise the issue. Had an actual relationship existed, Habba would be hard pressed to find any sympathy on appeal. She has enough problems with all the scrutiny she’s received for her performances of late.

BUT, she has already implanted that accusation in the teeny little minds of the MAGA faithful and therefore, that makes the whole thing RIGGED and STOLLEN. They're gonna be bangin' on about this ad nauseum like every other false thing that's ever been said (or even hinted at) by Team Garbage.

All she had to do was remind them that Kaplan and Kaplan are spelled exactly the same. How can they not be related? They claim they are of no relation, but can you trust that?

As someone else said in a different thread, how does Gabe Kaplan fit into all of this?

"New York Post columnist Charles Gasparino"

The Charlie Gasparino, formerly of the Rupert Murdoch Gasparino''s?

"Gasparino, known for being highly combative on-air (Marketwatch described him as "Fox's Rocky Balboa"), was reported in The Washington Post as saying that "[his] job was to rip the lungs out of the competition for Fox Business Network."

The NY Post? My, how the once mighty have fallen!

Dunno. Is the 'Hunter Biden Post' regarded as a demotion in Murdoch world from Fox Business Network? At least some people read the 'Post'.

I’m pretty sure Taylor Swift would make a better trial attorney than Alina Habba.

Of course, is just a puppet for Trump. Every word that comes out of her mouth was scripted by him.

As a person who never attended law school but has sat as a juror on a number of cases, I know that documents (and any other items deemed evidence for jury considertion) are supposed to be numbered/lettered prior to submitting into evidence. The only thing missing from this case, IMO, is a referral to Bar association.

Ditto! Hoping someone is doing a deep dive into verifying just how this occurred, especially since apparently she was deemed eligible for representing at both State and Federal levels, she demonstrated no actual substance to support the accreditation.
