Hope you're right. She did well as Secretary of State. But the Clintons in general are well to the right of Obama. I have no doubt that I'll campaign for her when the time comes.

Calculating, as always.

So, now the commuters have to suffer clueless bus drivers. <a href="http://www.kmov.com/news/of..." target="_blank">" rel="nofollow noopener" title="http://www.kmov.com/news/off-beat/211642081.html">http://www.kmov.com/news/of...

Did you know that Taft's house is now the home of the Arab Syrian Republic mission? Taft was fat (although much thinner now, I bet). Christie is fat. Syrians now live in Taft's old house. Coincidence? We'll need about a hundred senate hearings to investigate the Taft-Christie-Muslim connection.

Republicans like the "It's your turn, now" thing, so I guess it's either Ryan or... who came in second in that neverending shitshow called the Republican primary? I can't remember.

An outsider whose entire work history (except for the wienermobile) has been to hold elected office.

Not to mention the Ironyian connection.

Not sure that's why she didn't get the nom. She was also seen as too much an insider, owned by the big financial interests who had created her war chest. She voted for the Iraq war out of pure political calculus, even after she had spoken against it with passion, etc. etc. Also, that Obama feller runs quite a good campaign.

That said, I think (hope) she's less of a triangulatin' compromiser than Bill. Or a triangulizing compromator, or whatever fucking thing he was. Which is setting the bar pretty damn low, to be sure.

Well, if they can make that Pennsylvania photo ID thing work, he might get somewhere.

<i>Some</i> of us are indignant that no <i>women</i> were on the list. Does Gallup not know that we are in the 21st century?

The lineup is totally going to be Hillary/Someone from Florida vs. Palin/Bachman or possibly Bachman/Palin. The GOP will thus demonstrate that it is more enlightened and progressive than the Dems by being the first to run an all female ticket.

Instead of debates there will be mud-wrestling and the white male turnout will reach epic new levels.

Ryan - that math-challenged creepy man. Creepy, creepy, creepy. Please go away.

The problem with Christie is he really won't be able to do foreign policy by yelling at leaders of other countries, and yelling seems to be a huge part of his communication style.

Can you imagine Christie vs. Putin? Great entertainment, bad for US foreign policy.

That's surprising. They're so sure Obama stole the election by fraud and stuff, I was sure they'd just nominate Mittens again.
