To me, it highlights how easy it would be for Amazon to pay well, relative to how much they make as a company.

I do, thanks :) I think it's important for leaders to actually stand up for their teams and see that people are paid a living wage and are working in safe conditions - never thought that would be revolutionary talk, but here we are in the stupidest timeline.

Even if other warehouses don't unionize, Amazon will have to pay their workers more to keep them from unionizing.

I'm originally from Michigan, which has been getting wacky right wing-ier every year, and yet, my stepdad, a proud Dem organizer and retired union plumber pipefitter is keeping up the good work. I was so glad Uncle Joe tells it like it is: this country needs a much stronger union base to fight back against the Nazis!

Awganized labah at Amazon dot calm. Great way to turn a leading company into a boring clunky slow moving dinosaur. That's Democrats and labour unions. Just look at the job they are doing on Ukraine. A hundred years from now Russia will have democracy. And labour unions.
