Isn't it weird that we accept that breast-cancer survivors should get implants in their secondary sexual organs that serve no organic function, but rather satisfy a psychological need to "feel complete", (Yeah, I know, that doesn't do the issue justice.) but when it comes to men whose primary sex organ has ceased to function properly thanks to diabetes, prostatitis, cancer, etc., we find the men at best very foolish for trying to remedy it?
