Rather than disturb the sleeping kitten, he cut the sleeve off his garment so he could go to pray. Our rule is whoever has a sleeping cat is exempt from getting up to get the drinks, snacks, find the phone, answer the door, etc. Of course, if we both have cats on us, we prioritize the cats by virtue of seniority.
