Our kitteh, now departed, used to do this around the animal witching hour (5 to 6 pm in our humble abode). And he just couldn’t stop himself from stalking near the (always?) napping dog. I’m optimistic that the pool of disaffected Republicans is more persuadable to vote D right now, even if they still reject Democrat identity.
