He knows nothing.

Teachers work 9 months out of the year and get paid for 9 months work out of the year, but spread out over 12 so we barely have enough to raise a family on. (Forget getting a part time job, since we're usually working 10 hour days, plus extra hours on the weekends for no additional compensation.)

You guys love to claim you want to reward hard work with higher pay, but somehow you think cutting teacher pay is going to make education better.

Only 56 trillion in wealth in a country with a $15 trillion GDP? Those poor rich people!

Damn, you're dumb.

I said "fake budget crisis" not "fake budget short-falls". Not the same thing.

Yes, the crisis is fake because the governor manufactured the short-fall by cutting revenues. It's not a crisis at all, because it was planned.

"Fair wages and benefits" is "free stuff" the same way the working poor are lazy because they don't work, even though they have full time jobs.

Damn those unions! How dare they insist people get paid enough to live on?!?

The fact that union membership increases your chances of getting higher wages should tell you something you're not getting: MORE PEOPLE NEED TO BE IN UNIONS.

You forgot my favorite...

"Let's create a fake budget crisis and then cry about it when the outcome doesn't go our way."

Wait, that's you guys.

This reminds me a little too much of civil rights events that older friends have described to me. At least the Breitbartians will probably wait until daylight to move in, unlike in Bahrain.

They aren't dupes, they know if we make a single payer healthcare that old people will not be able to use their GP as a biweekly friend who will touch their hideous Republican bodies. These people understand, full and well, that once a real discussion about healthcare starts addressing the 100's of billions of unneeded elderly care in this country they will have to go back to laying in front of the television all day like a beached whale in front of the sun.
