The GOSWINE think we're just lazy fucks living high off that extra $300/week when actually that money is what's kept me and others from going into Republican areas and stealing their cars for money to get by. My industry is still dead until the fall and I'd be making a lot less at a minimum wage job than what I am getting on unemployment, which nowhere near touches what I made at work. I've taken a 75% "pay cut" being on unemployment.

Republicans are all whores to big business and would dig up their dead grandfather and suck him off rather than help American workers. Most of my adult working life has been spent under the shadow of "trickle-down" Reaganomics which has been the most epic assfucking of workers. Corporate profits have gone up 15,000% and workers wages maybe 40% since the Reagan "tax cuts" in 1983 or so.

I was told capitalism meant that if employers were having trouble attracting workers, they'd raise wages, not whine about it and/or try to make the available worker pool more desperate. It's almost like that whole thing was bullshit!
