well, no, it's not. But these aren't very bright or honest people.

And physically altering the "evidence" is of course the only way to show that.

You apparently have the attention span of a fruit fly.

I was specifically responding to a comment above:"Every single legislative and legal atrocity we’re facing could be fixed if Democrats grew a spine and killed the filibuster, enacting voting rights legislation, and expanded the Supreme Court."

So I not only wasn't blaming Dems, I was defending 49 of them. The behavior of Repub Senators was not at issue and I made therefore made no comment on them. But if you're waiting for 10 of them to grow a spine and a conscience, you're in for epochal wait.

That depends. Do any unarmed black guys drive Range Rovers in Beverly Hills, with or without air fresheners? If so, I suspect they'd be pulled over real fast.

We need to not only vote, but to vote for Dem candidates even if we don't entirely like them. (Old Quote: Dems fall in love; Repubs fall in line.)

I don't like Manchin, but we need him unless we can find another Dem who can win in that area. What's in Manchin's head is bad, but he does provide an extra head count that gives the Dems control of the Senate. I live in California, but if I lived in West Virginia I would hold my nose and put on three masks and vote for him.

Agreed.

I suspect people like Manchin and Sinema would be Republicans if the crazies had not taken over the GOP, but for now, they are Democrats, and yes, we need them.

It's gonna be real hard to sue Fox into bankruptcy. The suers will go into bankruptcy first.

The audit of the audit of the recount of the count is run by a funky company with a conspiracy theory guy running the thing and OAN is the only "news" organization allowed to watch. So, no problem there. I think the BS will go on like a Gowdy Benghazi circus, a looong time.

If someone has evidence of voter fraud, they should indict and try the case in court.Otherwise, it's BS.

Why would they be marking ballots at all? And the guy they hire to "explore ways to make their elections better" might want to familiarize himself with how the equipment works, first.

And, WTF, cyber ninjas? What is the added value of some horseshit "cyber" skills? Are they going to somehow determine the North Koreans "hacked" the paper ballots to ensure Biden's narrow win? Republicans have nothing better to do, holy shit.

Tampering with ballots and voter info and privacy is most certainly not legal

Currently they do that through corruption. That's going to take a while to change. There does seem to be a pullback from the trump party, though. Even corporations are falling out of love.

It is propaganda. The Repubs are good at that, mostly because they enjoy lying and being loud about it.

In a very real sense, "legal" only really applies to laws that are enforced. Which is nice for privilege people 'cause the laws that are enforced against the poor are seldom enforced against the privileged.

I wonder how many of those 34 allegeds were cast by Repubs. My guess would be most.
