Paralegals are barred from practicing law. PERIOD. I took the paralegal course at Boston U so i could do research for the local anti-foreclosure group and help fill out papers for the local immigrants advocacy.
Because I was a certified paralegal, NO research could be done that was not explicitly authorized by a practicing lawyer .... what I could do before the course, I couldn't do after the course. Are these laws strictly enforced? Depends. If you've got lawyers on the other side watching you closely yes indeed. The penalty is fines and jail.
The newspaper where I worked had its own library, and before there was such a thing as "online," that's where I navigated. "Oh, shit! It must be in the supplement. Do we have the supplement?"

But I've also met Don, and had a great talk with him. I have many of his albums and CDs and 12'' singles, like the above song, and also a couple of rare promo 7'' singles of his band Arrogance - one of them has ''Your Sister Told Me'' on it, a great song Don later recorded in his solo career.
Also have some albums and CDs of his wonderful wife Marti Jones.They are very underrated and great musicians and great people.
