Having learned nothing from the PR disaster in Indiana this week, the Arkansas legislature passed its own Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) on Tuesday, sending it to the desk of Republican Gov.
RINO Theodore Roosevelt enacted an inheritance tax to help prevent American aristocracies with yoots who did not need to rely on their own skills. Today's Republicans call that a death tax because -- duh -- inherited wealth is a job creator.
The way it works here is that if the Gov doesn't sign it and it sits on his desk it automatically passes after a certain amount of time. He "sent the bill back" and asked the legislature to fix it whereupon all their heads simultaneously exploded because if they cannot discriminate against "teh gays" then there really isn't a point to having a bill at all. Might as well not even have a functioning government in Arkansas for that matter. Might as well just change the name to MoGAYdishu and turn it over to the Big Gay Warlords.
