Right now, as we don't have healthy campaign finance rules, only wealthy people (or people funded by wealthy people) can afford to run. Increasing the number of available seats is a valid idea for improving representation. That said, campaign finance reform, including the removal of PACs and other forms of unrestrained bribery should be eliminated.

That said, I am at a loss as to how to make those changes happen. The people with the power to make those changes have a strong rationale to dig in their heels and retain the status quo.

Rosendale is an oik who has now idea of where Mexico or Ukraine might be. He MIGHT know where Canada is. He's a prime carpetbagger - claiming residency in Maryland (for a tax benny) while running for office in Montana.
