Ta, Robyn. That *thing* that calls itself a candidate for POTUS wouldn't last 12 hours at ANY job, let alone one doing manual labor. I love the UAW worker challenge!
You think you had it bad with the Great American Cookie Company guy, Robyn?
I heard of a mall down in Alabama where the local District Attorney was such a sex pest to all the teenage girls working there that mall management had to ban him.
More like 30 seconds, cut into 8 or 9 jump cuts to try and make it seem like he was there for minutes.
And then, 2 days later, the interviews with the actual fry cooks regarding the length of time it took before he started complaining, the number of times he broke health protocol, and the fact that he didn't actually know that "French Fries" were made of potatoes. He thought they were a kind of cheese, because ... French
My visually impaired spouse who has been a braille reader since he was 5 probably has less soft hands. *He's* worked as a dishwasher at the uni cafeteria & as a loader/unloader of trucks at his uncle's sawmill. (Presumably with someone else at the other end of the board). He's done dishes by hand, changed stinky diapers, taken the trash out, moved furniture, etc. I doubt 45's done any of that.
Just ask the workers that the AC plant in Indiana how good Trump is at protecting manufacturing jobs. Well, you could ask them, if the plant hadn’t moved to Mexico.
You can tell they’re nuts because they keep using the word “dangerous” instead of “rewarding” or “challenging.” Young people are attracted to danger. This is why we send them to war and keep them out of dangerous civilian jobs.
"Some young adults [not as far as the law is concerned, but go on, fuckers] show an interest in inherently dangerous jobs."
Yes, and lots of teens show an interest in drugs and drinking, driving fast (and badly), unprotected sex, and gang violence, and less of an interest in education. So go on, kids, be your bad selves! The adults said it was okay!
Define 'young'... A couple of years ago, I saw some younger guys on the rock walls close to where I live. Probably setting small detonators to make the roads safe in winter... My first thought was... 'there's a job I never knew about/missed out on...', etc.

He is incapable of snapping two Legos together (and tying his shoes, probably).

A District Attorney. Can you imagine it?
Well, there was Judge Roy Moore in Mississippi, too.
Get rid of your bullet-proof glass cage. Send your SS guys home. Have open carry at your rallies.
Show us how you excel at 'dangerous jobs'.
You haven't done a day's work in nearly 80 years. If you actually operate that chip fryer it will be the first and last time.
Right after making the fries.
But we're going to get to see him stand by ("work at") a McDonalds fryer for maybe 5 minutes sometime real soon now!
5 minutes? Lol.

I am proud of your spouse, while not knowing him...He's proven himself, many times over. And probably will for the rest of his life. 💕
Trump has almost as much contempt for working Americans as he does our veterans.
Tough to measure when both appear bottomless.
"[S]how an interest in", "Are so desperate they have no choice but to take", same thing, right?

the official party line, from project 2025, is “children long for the mines”
They've heard there are pretty canaries in there.
Solidarity, y’all!!
"the man probably has softer hands than I do and I moisturize 25,000 times a day."
Does it make a sound when you clap?
Squooosh!

Yeah, the whole reason for these kinds of restrictions is that teens aren't exactly known for their great judgment and extensive life experience
I was really hoping that this "challenge" would go viral. Good on Dawyna!
