I went to Phoenix the first week of June one year. Wife was attending a ferret symposium at a hotel in Tempe. She spent her days hanging with ferret people. I spent my days at the pool with a book. When the heat got to be too much, I'd just step off into the deep end, climb out and go back to the book, until I was dry and hot again. Rinse and repeat.
How the hell do they expect to keep track of where this money's spent? Will you be required to set up a separate bank account, with the feds having monitoring permissions on all debits to make sure you didn't buy a pack of gum in your hometown with that money?

The first time Rachel Maddow devoted her entire show to coronavirus, Ms. O turned to me and said, "We need to stock up at least four weeks worth of supplies."
And that was before the woman at the CDC let slip that we should all have a two-week supply. Bought a bunch of toilet paper a week before the big run.
We did that with Ms. O's service dog. She was great the whole trip. Got a little burnt out by Day 9, but we were home Day 10, and she was glad to be back.
