I'd like it if developers didn't put a million McMansions all over the open countryside with special utility districts that screw cities.

We live in an old house in a town 6 miles outside of Dallas. On a property down the street that used to be a small farm builders put up 75 2-story McMansions. Zero lot lines, homes so close you'll hear your neighbor fart. They go for $300-400k
Every summer we hear about the power grid holding and see all the homeless lining the streets, but who needs electricity or affordable housing anyway?
